Return policy

We understand that receiving a damaged or incorrect item can be disappointing. At Kobeyashi Arcade, we strive to provide high-quality products, but in the rare event that you receive a damaged item or incorrect item, we offer a refund in points. However, please note that shipping fees will be deducted from the full product amount.

"To initiate the return process for a damaged item or incorrect item, we kindly request that you contact us within ten (10) days of receiving your shipment. Please email your return inquiries to, and our Customer Support Representative will guide you through the return procedure.

In order to qualify for a refund in points, the damaged item or incorrect item must be returned to us for inspection. Please ensure that the item is in its original packaging and includes all accessories, plastic packaging, and any other items that came with it.

Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Once the inspection is completed, we will process the refund in points, deducting the applicable shipping fees.
